To return items for an exchange or refund, simply return your purchase with a copy of your receipt within 30 days in accordance with these terms. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Please be sure to indicate your reason for return in writing. For your protection, we advise that you send by registered post. We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any accessories, unless the item is faulty.
Standard Postage within Australia on all orders over $50: FREE
Standard Postage within Australia on all orders under $50: $10
Standard Postage within NZ on all orders: $15

ITEMS RETURNED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FAULTY OR MISDESCRIPTION
You can return an item for an exchange or credit note provided that:
- you return it within 30 days of delivery to you; and
- the item has not been worn and is in its original condition.
Simply return your purchase along with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of delivery to you. Upon your return we will offer you an exchange for another item or a different size or colour.
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page on this website under the heading “Your Statutory Guarantees-Refunds”. If an item is faulty please specify details in writing when returning the item. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time after they have been delivered to you.
Please note that if an item is damaged as a result of normal wear or negligence it will not be deemed to be faulty. All items must be taken for assessment and if possible we may offer to repair faulty items. If the product is not repairable and the same item is not available for exchange you are entitled for a full refund in the original tender.
